The development of digital learning materials is essential to support effective Biology learning in line with technological advancements. One form of digital learning material that can be utilized is a flipbook-based e-module, which presents content in an interactive format. This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of a flipbook-based Biology e-module developed as a supporting learning material. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method consisting of needs analysis, design, development, validation, and practicality testing stages. Validation was conducted by subject-matter experts and media experts, while the practicality test involved students as users of the e-module. Data were collected using validation sheets and user response questionnaires. The results showed that the flipbook-based Biology e-module achieved a very valid category based on expert evaluations and a very practical category based on students’ responses. Therefore, the flipbook-based Biology e-module is feasible to be used as a learning material to support interactive and independent Biology learning.
