Archiving Policy

Harati: The Journal of Science Education (HJSE) ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published articles through reliable archiving systems.

The journal implements digital archiving through GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. This system enables the creation of permanent archives and supports the preservation and dissemination of scholarly content.

HJSE is committed to maintaining a distributed archiving system, allowing participating platforms and repositories to store and preserve journal content. This ensures that all published articles remain accessible over time.

Purpose of Archiving

The archiving system is implemented to:

  • Ensure long-term preservation of scholarly articles
  • Provide alternative access points in case of technical issues or website downtime
  • Support data recovery and restoration when needed
  • Enhance the visibility and reliability of published content

Commitment to Accessibility

HJSE guarantees that all published documents will remain accessible in the future, even in the event of system disruptions on the primary journal website. This commitment reflects the journal’s responsibility to safeguard academic knowledge and ensure continuous access for the global research community.
